Our approach to our candidates is genuine and friendly, much in accordance with our personalities. Having experienced 'false' recruiters we understand a candidates desire to be told the truth and save everyone's time.
Our standard process is very simple, we look to meet with each and every candidate that Sublime are keen to work with, meaning that after an initial phone conversation if a Sublime consultant feels they have opportunities for you, they will arrange a convenient meeting.
Should we have approached you about a position, then we have a feeling that you could be right for an available role. We will always ask you to contact us when convenient for you and always have a full job spec and company breakdown to offer you, so it is always worth a few minutes to listen...
